Lady Carolyn’s Pub, just steps away from your theatre seats, features a full bar, warm stuffed croissants, crispy fruit crumbles, hearty soups served in sourdough bread tureens and much more. Sip on an icy juice squeeze, a rich cappuccino, a robust Merlot or a steaming Irish coffee. Open on performance days, Tuesday and Wednesday at 6 pm through intermission; Thursday and Friday at 6:30 pm through intermission; Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm through evening intermission.

The new Conrad Prebys Theatre Center is being built! During construction Lady Carolyn’s Pub will be moving just steps away across the plaza to a temporary location. It will return to its former location, with an expanded dining pavilion on the beautifully redesigned plaza, in late 2009.
